The EC1-200S is an all-in-one cleaning and waste water treatment system that allows you to clean the dirtiest of equipment with the built-in cold water pressure washer that provides 3.4 GPM @ 2000 PSI and an electro-coagulation system to treat wastewater.
All together, the wastewater treatment system, pressure washer and electro-coagulation allow for easy, efficient cleaning, while simultaneously treating wastewater with suspended solids, emulsified oils and heavy materials at a rate of up to 5GPM and of sufficient quality that it can be recycled back to the pressure washer or discharged into sanitary water. The system also has a built-in ozone generator for oxidizing bacteria and reducing water odor.

U-Shaped Ram BOP is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 16A standard and GB/T20174 Drilling and production equipment-Drill-through equipment, and is equipped with rams of various sizes.

The wire rope groove had undergone mid-frequency quenching to slow down the wear rate (pulleys against steel wire rope). Double row tapered roller bearing is fitted into the pulley hole. otarytableâ€™s parts mainly include rotary device body, cast base, input shaft assembly, locking device, main bushing device, and upper cover, etc. The rotary table is a cast steel piece, drilling tool and casing string can pass it through the hole in its center. To rotate the drill string, there are 2 grooves on the upper rotary table, and the 2 pin on upper main bushing device are seated in these two grooves.
The base of rotary table device is on the primary and secondary combination bearings, which is supported on the bottom base through the off circle of bearings. The upper section of off circle of combination bearings acts as the primary bearing, which bears all load from drill column and casing string. The lower section of off circle acts as the secondary bearing, which is mounted on lower drilling platform via lower base circle to support the jumping-up from shaft bottom. The rotary table rotates using a pair of bevel gear pair. The Big teeth circle is installed on rotary table.The small bevel gear is fitted on one side of shaft which is in turn supported on the two bearings seated in the bearing pedestals. A flange and double row sprocket are fitted on the other side, making up an input shaft assembly.
A locking device which brake the rotary table to rotate towards the left and right is installed on the top of turntable. One of the left and right ratchet pawls is fed into one of the 28 slot positions of rotary table by the joystick when the rotary table is braked. Main bushing device consists of two sections, the upper section includes two outshots seated in the grooves of rotary table.The big and small gears are all made from alloy steel. The main bushing as a whole is steel casting.The turntable is lubricated fully, and sealed safely.
Dual swivel consists mainly of shell, central pipe, packing device, pneumatic motor, gooseneck, and bail, etc. The central pipe is fitted in the shell through bearing and upper & lower cover. The lower end of central pipe is connected to drill pipe joint, and the upper end is connected to packing device. The bail is connected to shell by bail pin, and hung on rotary hook. The gooseneck is fitted on the top of upper cover with its outer end connected to vibration hose. A Packing device is installed between the gooseneck and central pipe, so that enable the high pressure mud to flow to the central pipe and ensure it is sealed and not leaked. The pneumatic motor is mounted onto the upper cover, which will drive the central pipe to rotate after slowing down by gas control friction clutch and gear, delivering its lock clasp capability.Matched with standard bail and Double male buckle alloy steel pup joint. The structure of wash pipe and Packing device is cassette, which can be rapidly replaced on drill floor without detaching the hose and gooseneck. The separate through-hole on the top of goose neck provides channel for logging wire rope.
Hook consists mainly of the bail, the bail pedestal, cylindrical shellï¼Œ hook body, hook lever, and spring, etc. The inner and outer springs are mounted inside the cylindrical shell, which enable stand to upspring after it is free. A Safety positioning device is mounted upper the cylindrical shell. The positioning device can prevent the hook body from rotating when the empty elevator is hoisted. The positioning device will not work when the drill string is hanging. The hook body can rotate freely. Hookâ€™s braking device can lock the hook body at any eight even distributed position. Hookâ€™s safety pin body is locked by locking mechanism too. A hydraulic cushion device is mounted inside the rotary hook to protect the drill pipe joint during brake-out. A reliable safety device is mounted at the mouth of hook. The nondestructive inspection (NDI) was conducted against the main loaded component of hook.
